Country Valley Industries has a fifty year history of serving regional and national accounts as a contract packager (copacker or secondary packager) as well as providing assembly and fabricating services to regional manufacturers.
Country Valley Industries offers it's customers a full range of services thorugh its modern and fully equipped facilities in three locations all of which are located near major interstate highways in south Central New York.
Our packaging services include warehouse club store packaging, shrink wrapping, clamshell packaging and the packaging of multi-piece retail products for both brick and mortar and online stores. In addition, we specialize in foam and carton assemby as well as point-of-purchase displays.
Assembly services encompass a broad skill set that ranges from hand assembly of manufacured components or electical sub-assemblies, to sorting and quality inspection services.
With manufacturing equipment in place, adaptable packaging and assembly lines up and running at three different sites, and strict quality control management, Country Valley Industries can be the contract packager working to the specifications and standards you set.
Country Valley Industries facilities offer 45,000+ sq. ft of modern manufacturing/production floor space; 26,500 sq. ft of warehouse space including 6 auto leveling loading docks, multiple dry box van delivery trucks, multiple LP lift trucks, and multiple electric reach and walkie lifts.
Our facilties are also well equipped with a variety of production tools and equipment to meet a variety of customer requirements including compressed air lines, pallet auto wrappers, 2 high speed auto shrink wrap sealers, 5 L-bar sealers, 8 shrink tunnels, motorized and roller conveyors, carton stitchers and automated mailing equipment.
Manpower resources are virtually unlimited with a base of over 250+ competent regular production workers skilled in a broad range of assembly, packaging, inspection, rework and mailing operations with access to additional production works through local agencies.
