Warehouse Club Store Packaging

Hot & Cold Gluing
From a brown box to attention grabbing merchandising displays . . . the key applications in this department include assembly, cold and hot gluing and heat fusing. We promise to adhere to your needs with our hot and cold glue solutions to your adhesive problems.

Shrink Wrap
We continually run four to nine production lines for various sizes of shrink wrapped trays, baskets, books and cartons. We produce millions of packages annually for retail consumption, some products are wrapped singly, while others are collated and packaged for mass market distribution.

We produce tamper resistant shrink wrapping using premium shrink wrap films on both manual and semi-automatic equipment. Configurations for the variety of our equipment are either bottom or side seal. You also have the option of choosing a more cost effective film from our warehouse or from special order vendors.

Clamshell Packaging
We have the resources and expertise to assemble, load and fasten any clamshell project you have planned. CVI has produced hundreds of thousands of CD & cassette clamshell projects, on-time, on-budget and in stores when the customer needed them to be.

Bagging
Many of our customers require packaging of their products in plastic bags. We use three different styles of sealing equipment, and pride ourselves in being able to do it efficiently and cost effectively. Our sealing equipment accommodates small, medium, and large bags.

Stapling
We package most products in cardboard boxes, as well as other types of corrugate material. In addition to packing out various products, we also prepare the packaging material itself. Because our services are comprehensive, we can assemble the boxes, fill them, and then ship the products. A big part of assembling corrugate shipping material involves precision stapling of key components, and we utilize state of the art stapling equipment to accomplish this. We haven’t found a box that we couldn't’t staple yet!

Sonic Welding
Sonic welding involves the application of high frequency vibrations, in conjunction with targeted pressure. This results in melting and bonding two pieces together. There is no heat, no fumes, and the final product is nearly seamless. It can be used to mold plastic pieces together for constructing specialty packaging.
